I’ve always bought from Blessed Bowl because the food and portions have always been worth the price. However, today’s serving was shockingly small—there was barely anything in the bowl. It’s really disappointing to pay the same price and receive such a reduced portion. If this is the new standard, it’s not good value for money. I hope this was just a mistake because this experience has definitely made me think twice about coming back.

The best açaí! They’re always so generous with the toppings, and it’s such a bonus that the bowls always look so aesthetically pleasing — presentation is key! The açaí itself has never disappointed — always fresh, perfectly textured, and absolutely delicious. The fruit is consistently fresh, and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Best Açai I have had. Very generous with the toppings. They add sauce not just on the top but also at the bottom. Very happy to have this in Hornsby.

I went to Blessed Bowl yesterday at exactly 5pm hoping to get an açaí bowl. There were still people waiting for their orders, and the machine was still running as the staff was serving another customer. I politely requested twice if I could place an order, but the staff didn’t even acknowledge me. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand cut-off times, but since the machine was still open and orders were being taken just a couple of minutes before, it would have been fair to take one last order. The way it was handled felt dismissive and disappointing.

My friend and I were super chuffed at the lovely customer service from Elise! She had a very kind manner and we discussed how positive the experience was after the fact. The bowls were delicious too.. we love the option of coco serve because there are not many Acai places that offer alternatives! 😊
