The sales assistant wasn’t very friendly. When I said I was paying card, she just pointed me to the terminal without explaining how to use it, which was confusing. She also looked quite unkempt—if you’re serving food, presentation and hygiene (like tying hair back) really matter. That said, the açaí was great.

Oak berry Acai cups are probably the best acai I have ever had. The vegan granola is super delicious. I added vegan granola, coconut flakes, passion fruit and kiwi fruit, which made an amazingly tropical meal. It was perfect eating it sitting in the sun on the Coogee Beach steps. You can either order online and pick up or order in store

The young blonde girl serving me was so lovely and the Açai tasted wonderful! On a hot day in Coogee this was such a lovely refreshing treat to end the day.

On 29 January, I visited the store and used the self-service ordering system, paying by credit card. However, although the payment went through, the system did not register my order. As a result, I had to place the order again with a staff member and paid a second time. I was advised to return the following day to resolve the refund for the first charge. Unfortunately, I do not live nearby (I live in the northern area), which makes returning in person difficult. The next day, after several attempts to call, I managed to speak with a staff member, explained the situation, and was told it would be passed on to the manager and that I would receive a call back. This never happened. On Saturday, when I called again, another staff member informed me that the manager is on holiday, which has added to the confusion, as I have received conflicting information. At this point, I can no longer reach anyone by phone, as my calls go unanswered. I am simply trying to resolve a straightforward issue: a refund for a duplicate charge. I am leaving this review due to the lack of follow-up, poor communication, and failure to resolve the issue, and I hope someone from management will contact me to sort this matter out properly.

I loved Oakberry Coogee. The açaí was fresh and delicious, with lots of tasty toppings to choose from. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome.
