My first time trying Afghan food was pleasantly surprised with everything. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly by the gentleman at the front counter. The seating and vibe of the restaurant are reminiscent of overseas dining which feels soo relaxed and chill. I ordered the “Chicken Biryani with rice”. The salad, spices and sauce are complimentary with the dish. I also ordered a side of soft drink& hot chips. Everything was delicious and portions were generous. What a hidden gem in Fairfield for Afghan cuisine. The prices are affordable and the food is delicious. We ordered the Manto/dumpling and the Mix Kebab. I’d highly recommend both. Customer service was average. The food came out in about 15-20 minutes upon putting through the order. The tables do need a little bit of a clean. I’d visit again to try their other dishes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kabul Star Restaurant is truly one of the best Afghan restaurants I’ve visited. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Afghan flavours. The service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere is beautiful, comfortable, and family-friendly, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Fairfield, with convenient car parking and great facilities. Overall, an amazing dining experience with excellent food, outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Afghan cuisine and a five-star restaurant experience! 🇦🇫❤️

Absolutely loved our experience at this Afghan restaurant. The food was incredibly flavourful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Every dish was rich in authentic taste and beautifully presented. The hospitality was just as amazing, warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. You can truly feel the passion and care in both the food and service. One of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kabul Star Restaurant is, without question, the best Afghan restaurant in Sydney. Every visit is a fantastic experience, with authentic Afghan cuisine, generous portions, and outstanding hospitality. The Qabuli Palaw is absolutely delicious, the Kala Pacha is prepared traditionally, and the kebabs are tender, juicy, and full of authentic charcoal-grilled flavor. Their curries, karahis, chicken biryani, lamb biryani, egg omelet, and many other dishes are all freshly made and taste just like genuine Afghan home cooking. The restaurant has a beautiful, clean, and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family and loved ones. It's also an excellent venue for birthday celebrations, family gatherings, parties, and special events. The elegant setting and warm hospitality make every guest feel respected and comfortable. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always provide exceptional service. If you're looking for authentic Afghan food in Sydney, Kabul Star Restaurant is a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality food, great service, and a memorable dining experience. Five stars all the way!
