I’ve been here twice now with friends. Last night was the first time at the new venue which was beautiful. Love the new furry roof. The only thing that could be done better is to put some clear signage on the entrance as the rain tarps were down and we weren’t too sure how to get in. Food is always 10/10, I’d highly recommend the beef dumplings and the southern curry, so much flavour in every bite. The cocktails are superb and really hit the spot, staff are always really attentive and helpful at explaining everything. Overall 5/5 stars ⭐️
They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach — well, that theory was thoroughly tested tonight at Alphabet St Thai Restaurant. Joe, the owner, along with Billy, one of the waiters on hand, gave us a true taste of what authentic Thai food should be. We travelled up from Wollongong for a family dinner celebrating three birthdays rolled into one, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The dumplings were fresh, the crispy pork was perfectly crispy, the satay chicken was full of flavour, and the pan-fried ice cream drizzled with caramel was rich, smooth, and indulgent. In short — every dish that hit the table was outstanding. Well worth the trip for a special family night out. And if success is measured by patronage, this place is doing something right — it was absolutely packed.
Food was a modern fresh delicious Asian feast and we loved it. Our waitress was friendly however we found that we had to ask for empty dishes to be taken away in between courses and had to wait and then ask to order more cocktails. Missed opportunities when a guest has to ask for more drinks.
Love the new venue guys! We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday with our family and you made her night so special.
Me and my husband have been coming to Alphabet St for years and the quality is on point every time. The food is unbelievable, the service was excellent and we are loving the new venue! Can’t wait to get back there 👌🏼
