Personally I found the food just decent. Wouldn’t complain about the taste but definitely not wowed by it. The two meat and rice option had a pretty weak meat to rice ratio and that’s including adding an extra dollar for the thigh piece. The drinks were also alright and a reminder that if you prefer your milk tea sweet, get it iced but I did find the hot one comforting. There is also poor reception in the area and they are aware of it as they offer their own WiFi to help with the ordering process. You will need to pay before ordering.
The proportion of soup and noodles is completely off for takeaway laksa. Way too much noodles, had to move into two bowls to even try to eat this; and way too little soup. Flavour is average. Service is non existent.
Outstanding!!! We have had the delicious duck and BBQ pork takeaway several times. This was the first time we ate and we will definitely be back. Huge serves of unique noodle dishes like duck with black truffle.
Many time here. Today decided to try the noodle soup since the weather this morning is a little chillier than expected. The vermicelli was hard seems a little undercooked, the soup is not soup soup , it’s a bit like gravy more than soup. Taste was ok and it’s a generous portion of seafood and vermicelli. I am still giving 5 stars because the roasted pork n duck were superb. Consistently good after numerous visits. Will still come but not for the noodle soup.
Great place for authentic Chinese food in middle of Macquarie centre. I came in at lunch time when it was busy however the service was great and staff was very friendly. Ordered their 3 treasure rice (red sausage, soy sauce chicken and bbq pork). The sausage was bouncy and tasted great. The bbq pork was fatty and juicy. Finally the chicken was very tender, juicy and floral / herbally tasty.
