⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fat Noodle at The Star is always a great choice. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how quick the service is without compromising on quality. The food is always fresh, full of flavour and made with great attention to detail. The portions are generous, the flavours are balanced, and it’s clear there’s a lot of care that goes into every dish. I’ve been here multiple times and have always walked away satisfied. A reliable restaurant with great food and excellent service — definitely one of my favourites at The Star.
Service was lovely and attentive. We ordered a variety of dishes, including seafood and beef, and the portion sizes were generous. The Pad See Ew had a very rich sauce, which may be a bit heavy for some including us. The salt and pepper squid was enjoyable with a light, crispy batter. The black pepper wagyu beef was also quite rich, though the vegetables helped balance it out. The bun bo xao was good, with a strong and fragrant lemongrass flavour. The typhoon prawns were crispy, flavourful, and a bit spicy. We were served by a trainee gentleman who was extremely polite and thorough. He took our order carefully and confirmed everything after entering it into the POS system, which we really appreciated especially as we had added extras to the Pad See Ew. The food came out very quickly, with all dishes arriving within 10 minutes despite the restaurant being full. Overall, it was a solid dining experience, and we’d be happy to return to try other dishes.
Having visited this establishment for several years, I have always tried the Luke specials. This time I ordered the Bo Kho, a Vietnamese beef stew with a unique twist. It features beef brisket and short ribs served with a bowl of rice and a 63-degree sous vide egg on top. I also ordered a roasted coconut ice coffee, Vietnamese coffee with coconut cream and roasted coconut flakes. While the coffee was not a better version than I had previously experienced, the roasted coconut added a distinct dimension to the drink.
Food was delicious! I ordered the Tofu entree and Seafood Noodles, and it did not disappoint! The other people I went with all enjoyed the food also. Staff were friendly and food came out quickly. Would recommend if you’re at the Casino looking for a feed.
One of the restaurants located inside the casino gaming floor area. Prices were okay and not excessive. Service was quick and prompt. Food came out extremely quickly so must have been pre prepped. Food was decent but not stand-up quality. Pho soup could have done with more taste and the spring rolls insides were a little too mushy for my liking. The Haianese chicken was quite nice.
