Food was served within two minutes and it tasted amazing!!!
This place is great! Yummy noodles I loved the fish one with pickles. Friendly service and food comes out fast and tastes super fresh! Can’t wait to come again!
I ordered dumplings and noodle soup from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the dumplings arrived undercooked, with the wrappers still rubbery and unpleasant to eat. When I politely asked the staff if they could cook them a little longer, instead of trying to help, they argued that the dumplings were already cooked properly. It was disappointing to be met with defensiveness rather than a willingness to resolve a reasonable concern. Customer service like this is not what I would expect from a restaurant. I also noticed that carbon copy order tickets were placed directly into customers’ bowls of noodles. These receipts are not intended to come into contact with food, and it raises unnecessary hygiene concerns. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, undercooked food, and questionable food handling practices left me with a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Fusion Noodle House based on this visit.
Very disappointed with my experience at Fusion Noodle House yesterday. I’m a regular customer and have visited many times after work, including after 2 PM, and the item I usually order has always been available before. This time, when I went to order, the lady at the counter told me the dish was unavailable because I came after 2 PM. That explanation already didn’t make much sense based on my previous visits, but I still decided to choose something else from the menu. When I went back to order another dish, a different staff member then told me it was “limited time only” and no longer available. After hearing different excuses for multiple menu items, I finally asked what was actually available, and only then was I told they had run out of ingredients. Customers deserve honesty and clear communication instead of different explanations from different staff members. It’s frustrating to come in hungry after work, spend time choosing from the menu, and then be given inconsistent answers instead of simply being told the truth from the beginning. I see the same lady there often as she usually takes my order, so it’s disappointing to feel like I was not told the truth. As a regular customer, this experience really affected my trust in the service.
