It was my first time at Rasa and I'm blown away with richness and flavour of the dishes we ordered. I love the variety and everything we ate was fantastic, especially when paired with wine. We really enjoyed the Crying Tiger Wagyu so it's a must for first time patrons. The service was great - thanks Coco and Mary! We also think the portion was perfect for our group. l'll definitely be back again and try going here for lunch to try the Long Lunch Feast banquet.

Rasa House is the perfect place chill after a work day or for catching up with friends on the weekend. The menu is a mix of south and south-east asian flavours and our taste buds are the winners. We started with the crumbled olives, something that sounded pretty simple but wow, wow, wow, what a perfect snack. I would tuck into a big bowl of these watching any game on TV over any snack any day, they were that delightful. Next up the citrus tuna hit the table and all three of us pounced on it like a pack of animals. Order two of these, it's that good. Bright and tangy, it's the perfect crudo. Then can the watermelon 'salad' and the lamb skewers, these paired so well together because the sweet light watermelon cut through the richness of the lamb. The spices on the lamb were incredible, so tasty. The cocktail menu is fantastic - the non-alcoholic amaretti sour with lemon juice was super refreshing, loved it. Excellent service and the crew really know the dishes well and what pairs well. Cool relaxed vibe with views of rose bay across the road and vinyl spinning mellow lounge tunes in the background

Had a really great dining experience at Rasa House. Everything we ordered was well-executed and full of flavour. We started with oysters which were fresh and a great way to begin the meal. The pan-fried flatbread with whipped feta and mango chilli relish was soft, warm, and very flavourful. The martabak was a standout—crispy on the outside with a rich and satisfying filling. The cured and lightly seared salmon was fresh and well-balanced, while the charcoal grilled ribeye was cooked perfectly and very tender. The skewers were juicy and well-seasoned, and the chicken was especially memorable—very juicy with a delicious char siu glaze. The longanisa and kimchi fried rice was also packed with flavour and complemented the dishes really well. We finished with a dessert that was light and not too sweet, which was a perfect way to end the meal. Service was amazing—very warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout. Also highly recommend the mango lassi cocktail, we enjoyed it so much we ordered it twice. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Rasa, you were superb. A true fusion of cuisines that delighted the palate, inspired the senses & was truly delicious. We tasted the entire small plate menu & could not fault a single dish. The stand out for the evening was the saag pumpkin gnocchi! An inspired pairing of flavours bringing together well known Italian & Indian dishes. Cocktails were original & expertly crafted. 10/10 We will be back!

Bold, punchy South-East Asian flavours, beautiful plating, and a lively room that actually feels fun in Double Bay. Most dishes hit hard, service is warm, and the cocktails are excellent. A couple of plates lean a touch salty and portions are modest, but overall it’s easily one of the best new spots in the east. Happily going back.
