I recently visited Bankstown RSL Club for their buffet dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. From hot dishes to desserts, everything was well-prepared and presented. The venue was clean, spacious, and well-organized, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the visit. Bankstown RSL Club is a great place to enjoy a quality buffet meal with family and friends. I would highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

Very bad customer service. In the beginning when i tried to make a membership , i come on the spot to make it. When i entered buffet, i have to get manual voucher , up and down many times. And today i want to get pizza, they said run out of pizza…. It’s not because of the price of pizza but the customer service and happiness of the client who already come in. Hopefully bankstown can better in the future. And also i am so happy with the food on star buffet, 8/10. My family member love it so much. I didn’t give up and try kick’inn. They tried many times of my cards but it still no work, Julie and the other lady on receptionist help me and finally i can come to the kickin, order the food and get martini. After all the drama, julie honours accompany me together to the kickin’inn. Viola my martini arrived. -Rika Hidayat

Would give 0 if possible, for starters i walk in with my two children and im giving them my id when one of the security guards walks up to my 14 year old daughter and aggressively tries to get her id! next off for the price your paying why are we getting flimsy paper cups with not even a straw, there’s one bathroom for how many people they’re letting in! the food is disgraceful for the price the staff are obviously incompetent and lack basic customer service skills. i don’t recommend this place at all, kids running around picking up food and then putting it back, staff not caring, what are we paying them for them! worst restaurant experience of my life DO NOT COME HERE!

We went to the Star Buffet on a Saturday for lunch. The selection of foods and beverages were great. Kids loved the ice cream station. Loved the experience. They cleaned the table very often. A great experience overall. We visit again soon.
