Tadgh is great. I have a lot of pre-existing injuries and was making the move from group workout classes to strength training and finding Tadgh has really helped that journey. He's helping me become comfortable with the equipment on the gym floor and doing it on my own, while how training in a way that makes sense for my body. He takes a lot of care with his clients and has the right balance of pushing you far enough and making sure you enjoy it still.

Easily one of the better gyms in the east. Top shelf equipment and a sauna that’s as hot as the surface of the sun, Great community vibe aswell. Hesitant to write this review as I want to keep it a secret haha

Honestly the best gym. Such a good atmosphere and genuinely the nicest community. Everyone is super friendly and it’s such a motivating place to train. The facilities are amazing, and only get better and better. I love training here!

Been training here for a bit now and honestly it’s one of the best gym setups around the east. Good sense of community. The space is sick — proper mix of weights, cardio, and functional areas without feeling cramped. All the trainers are super friendly.

Love the diggers! So well priced for all that you get - great new machinery, sauna and steam room. Lovely staff and trainers too!
