Located at 91 The Hermitage Way, Gledswood Hills, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 Wonderful club, very deceiving from the front as to how big it is. It has recently been refurbished apparently, actually still working on the front entrance. There’s a couple of places to eat ie Flame Kitchen and Flame Cafe. I had the Satay Chicken at Flame Kitchen and it was really tasty. I highly recommend becoming a member. It’s only $2.00 for five years and the difference in prices from members price to visitors price is huge. The biggest I have seen in any of the clubs I have been to. It’s a well designed club, from the entrance to the main level, there’s a ramp or stairs, no 🛗 lift. There’s also plenty of parking 🅿️ and toilet 🚻 facilities, including disabled toilets. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend a visit. Thumbs up!! 👍👍
Expensive food in my opinion, I ordered 2x entrees which was $42 (pictured). Upon entry sign in staff were not very welcoming, including to NDIS clients I was supporting. Pros include many seating choices and locations, some with nice window view and also a play area for children with games and claw machines. Toilets were very clean and nice. Hard to choose a star rating as I don't think I would go back by choice
Great place; my wife and I usually go there to eat. They have a casino for those who enjoy the slots and gambling. Superb atmosphere for eating, and the staff are incredible—all friendly at all times. I'm giving it 4 stars only because some tables aren't always clean.
Waiting to have my table cleaned after wondering around looking for someone to clear a table. Told us he’d be back with a cloth. It’s been 10 minutes. It’s a race against time. Will our food get here first or will he be back with a cloth. Update: got up to ask someone to wipe down the table 👍🏻 first time here has left great many impressions. Now will the food be worth this trouble? Update 2: not worth - over seasoned classic burger, roast pork was room temperature - roasted vegetables was hotter than the “star” of the dish. The blasphemy of cheese they used on the pizza. Being wood fired didn’t save this pizza and truly depresses me to no end. Best offering was the garlic bread and the chips with bbq sauce. All this was free with the points my mum collected. I wouldn’t want to eat anything here for free 🤣 Toilet seat cleaner is a nice touch for hygiene!
Thank you to the amazing young lady Isabella who served us tonight in the bistro. She was energetic, kind and so helpful when I asked what she recommended on the menu. She even went out of her way to supply me and my table with cutlery. The little things go a long way in hospitality. She made our night so special and we’ll be coming back, especially for her amazing service !!!
