Amazing service, Hospitality and delicious food at Bambina Tratt Restaurant. The best Bruschetta I've ever had, and tried Rigatoni for the first time, so delicious. Beautiful food, attentive service, beautiful atmosphere and ambience.
Lovely venue, delicious food and we found all the staff so friendly. Great value for money as well.
Wow !! Incredible, Just how much this RSL Club has changed. From when I became a member 45 years ago ! Located on Anzac Avenue Fairfield. Across from the Railway Station. Certainly has gone through some Major Transformations. And looks Amazing ! Has an Italian Restaurant a Vietnamese Restaurant as well as a Café / Restaurant. Also has a Luxury Goods Emporium. Was a Very warm Summer Day, when I Visited. The Club’s Aircon was Very Nice. Only downside is the Vast Amount of Pokies !!
Dear Management, I would like to provide some feedback regarding a new staff member named Steven, who was working on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I found his customer service to be very disappointing. He appeared rude and unapproachable, and I felt that he ignored customers who were ordering drinks in the gaming area. His manner of communication and the way he treated customers did not reflect the level of service expected in your venue. I also noticed and overheard him gossiping with other staff members while serving drinks, which I found to be unprofessional and made the customer experience feel less welcoming. I kindly ask that you review this matter and consider providing further training and support for this new staff member. Alternatively, please consider having staff who are friendly, respectful, and have strong customer service skills to ensure customers feel welcomed and valued. I would also appreciate it if my privacy could be protected and this feedback could be handled confidentially. I do not wish for my personal details or this complaint to be shared with the staff member involved. Creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers is very important, especially in the hospitality and gaming industry. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns. I hope to see an improvement in the level of service provided.
When you arrive at Fairfield RSL it is beautifully peaceful, they did a great job. I love la tratt and have been several times, staff are extremely friendly and always remember where I like to sit and make sure it is available for me. Some items in the menu change regularly to keep you wanting more.. it's a 5 star from me and I would give more stars of I could
