Merrylands RSL Club is a fantastic spot that is conveniently located just a short walk from the station, making it incredibly easy to access. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which creates a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I was particularly impressed by their unique collection of antique cars and bicycles on display—it’s a very nice touch that adds character to the venue. Between the great service and the excitement of the jackpot machines, it’s a wonderful place to spend an afternoon.
Me & my wife go here for lunch buffet The food is good quality & a large selection of different dishes. Start with prawns help yourself.. then. Choices of Asian, & Weston dishes. After you have had your fill & tried all the different dishes head to the desert section. Their is also & good selection of deserts, cakes. & fruit & ice cream machine. We joined up & became members because we will go back here regularly..its only $5- to join for a year. The membership give us a discount on entree to the buffet. Get $5- off so get your money back straight away. Also discounts on your drinks. & other things the clb is offering. Go early 11.30. Its is always busy & a line up to get in. Tyr it.
I’ve been at Merrylands RSL- SAGE 2160 a few times and it’s always been good. Today Sunday the service was fantastic! There were 7 of us, and I need to help my elderly parents with a few requests, and were all met by the restaurant. The man at the register was patient, polite and very accommodating. The food was delicious and was brought to us at the same time. It was quite busy but it was all prepared at a reasonable time. Someone came to check on us during our meal. We were looked after very well. I highly recommend trying SAGE 2160. Thank you!
Had a fantastic buffet lunch at Maryland RSL Club with my hiking group—and what a pleasant surprise! For just around $25, it was a full-blown food extravaganza. There were more than 20 dishes to choose from, including fresh seafood like prawns, hearty chicken and beef stew, a colourful selection of salads, and a tasty fried section featuring fish, chicken, and chips. The dessert station was a real treat—plenty of sweet options to satisfy your cravings! The ambience was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely warm and friendly. It felt like they enjoyed having guests there. Bonus points for the spacious parking, easy entrance, and the option to book a hall for private functions. For those interested, they also have a gaming area with poker machines. All in all, it's a great spot to unwind—whether you're dining solo, with friends, or bringing the whole family along. Definitely worth a visit!
The promotions team at Merrylands RSL has been excellent lately. Really organised, friendly, and you can tell they’ve brought in some fresh talent who’s already lifting the vibe. Great work all round.
