We recently celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday at Woodcut and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and showcased incredible quality ingredients. Cocktails were delicious The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. A special thank you to Solomon, whose service was outstanding. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and truly helped make the evening memorable. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team for making my girlfriend’s birthday so special. We had a fantastic evening and can’t wait to return.

We had an incredible experience at Woodcut on Saturday night, and a huge part of that was thanks to Adam. We were a family group of 11, which is no small task to look after, but Adam handled everything with absolute professionalism, patience, and genuine warmth. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and looked after every detail with a smile. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, ensuring everyone in our group had a fantastic experience. Despite the size of our table and all the different requests that come with a large family gathering, Adam never seemed rushed and made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire evening. Outstanding hospitality like this is rare, and Adam truly went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Thank you for your exceptional service, kindness, and dedication. We can't wait to return and will definitely be recommending Woodcut to family and friends

I took some friends to dinner before they returned home, as they had been eager to visit ever since I first told them about Woodcut. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The service, ambience, and food were outstanding, as always. A special mention goes to Jeffrey and Patih for their attentive service, extensive knowledge of the menu, and warm smiles throughout the evening. I would also like to thank Jeremy and Chef Daniel for their warm welcome and hospitality. They made us feel truly special and added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. We ordered the Miche Boule bread with the cultured butter, Moreton Bay Bug rolls, Halloumi with honey and figs, and Octopus with potatoes and Nduja sauce plus the 1Kg T-Bone, with the Hasselback Potato and the Spinach and I can genuinely say that everything was absolutely spot on! Not to mention the Apple Tart! We will return without hesitation. Thank you for making this evening so memorable and for taking our dining experience to the next level.

What an incredible dining experience at Barangaroo. Everything from the atmosphere to the presentation was absolutely spot on. The food was simply outstanding. We especially loved the burrata, which was served beautifully with fresh persimmon and pomegranate. The steak was perfectly grilled and cooked to perfection. It was easily one of the best meals we have had in a long time. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier dinner in the city.

We came here for our wedding anniversary. It's got a nice chill ambience here. Excellent service from Solomon!!! Really liked sitting at the kitchen counter, watching the experts do their thing. =) Food: Miche boule. Lipstick peppers. Centre rib eye with paris butter. Spiced duck. Hasselback potatoes. Wilted spinach. Wine: Chateau Des Laurets 2018. Complimentary dark chocolate tart was beautiful!!! Everything was good! Steak was high quality. Unfortunately the duck, though the meat was of high quality, flavour just wasn't there. It was a somewhat combination of Asian stew duck flavours fusion. But it was sort of neither here nor there. Not bad, but not great. I emphasise again, that everything else was good!
