Excellent food. Huge portions! Staff are very helpful , friendly and professional. Street parking available or easy walk from nearby hotels. Would definitely recommend! Five stars all the way.
I haven’t been in here for over 20 years and I’ve always wanted to come back, and I am so glad that I did!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew that the wonderful young lady was the proprietor of this business, very warm, very welcoming and such great energy, thank you Martika, for an excellent meal, great taste, great serving size, great hospitality in the middle of Sydney, I will give you an 11 out of 10!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ❤️❤️❤️
Una's, an institution worthy of respect and kudos for its authentic european fare with bavarian leaning. Here depicted the cordon bleu and schnitzel. Zuppa was very hearty. Look at that rosti. It's marry me rosti. Go on. Be a man. Una's is your queen in Darlinghurst.
Our bridal party’s experience here was amazing! The veal schnitzel with mushroom sauce was fabulous, and our lively server’s service made this meal even better. Great food, atmosphere, and service.
Whilst eating, we saw both a cockroach and a rat inside the restaurant, which completely ruined what would otherwise have been a great meal. A cockroach ran across the floor during our meal (which my friend ended up stepping on), and later we watched a rat come down the stairs directly into the dining area. Seeing both during the same visit is extremely concerning and not something you expect when dining out. What makes it even more disappointing is that the food was genuinely delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. Honestly, the fact that I’m giving this two stars at all is a testament to how good the food and service were. Unfortunately though, after seeing that, I won’t be returning.
