Beware the menu that is coming up here is from 5 years ago and no longer available…. No eggs or toasties but the pastries and bread are to die for. Chocolate croissant was so moist in the middle, turmeric swirl delicious, olive bread etc etc
Sooo good, i feel very lucky i live close to such a nice bakery. The owners are great. I must recommend the Baklava Escargot and the Twist!
Pioik Bakery brings a refreshing artisan touch to Pyrmont’s café scene, combining modern bakery culture with a calm and stylish atmosphere. The space feels thoughtfully curated — minimalist yet warm — allowing the pastries and bread to take centre stage. The bakery selection is impressive, with beautifully layered pastries, fresh breads, and desserts that balance texture and flavour exceptionally well. Each item feels carefully crafted rather than mass-produced, reflecting a strong attention to quality ingredients and presentation. Coffee is smooth and well executed, complementing the pastries without overpowering them. The overall experience feels polished but still relaxed, making it equally suitable for a quick morning stop or a slow weekend brunch. In a city filled with cafés, Pioik Bakery stands out through simplicity, craftsmanship, and consistency — a refined local bakery that quietly earns its reputation through quality rather than hype.
May be the best almond croissant in Sydney. Definitely top 3. Think they have even gotten better since I started going a year ago. Go early AM :)
Amazing bakery Wow what a bakery. Absolutely amazing. The baguettes are amazing. There canele’s are to die for (and we recently travelled to Bordeaux). The Epooro “The King” is absolute divine. Well worth the stop, you won’t be disappointed !
