Visited Soulte on their busy opening weekend and was impressed, but didn’t expect anything less. The food was fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always serving with a smile. Even with how busy it was, the tables were constantly being cleaned, great communication with customers, and the venue stayed spotless (I’m very observant). Great atmosphere and great service definitely worth visiting.
Amazing food, love the atmosphere but the staff must be aware of what they have available and whats sold out, wife really wanted to try a croissant and was told it’s sold out! When we were leaving she saw it conveniently sitting in glass display, girl served us said sorry but it’s too late!
I ordered the chili prawn bowl—wow! The ingredients were so fresh, with a great variety of salad, and the taste was delicious. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast or lunch. The shop was busy, but the wait for food and drinks wasn’t long at all. ♥️🥰 like as Japanese food 🍱🫶🏻✨ the sandwiches big and amazing as well 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Recently visited Soulte for the first time and found it underwhelming. Ordered the Reuben and it came barely toasted? It is as if the sandwich just kissed the sandwich press. Not sure whether this is how it is served but it would be a lot nicer if it was toasted. In terms of the distribution of ingredients in the sandwich it was not up to par. Barely could taste the Russian dressing and the meat was just predominately on one side ? In terms of service it was quick and efficient. However, a smile goes a long way when being served as a customer. I do understand that kitchens get busy and staff are doing their best, especially during rush hours. I just wanted to let you guys know for future reference 😊
This upmarket sandwich bar is a very welcome addition to the Gregory Hills market mix, with gourmet sandwiches, burgers, salads, assorted baked goods, and coffees. The food is genuinely good. The reuben sandwich is rich, fresh, and moist; easily a match for anything in the city the Northern Beaches. The chocolate chip cookie is thick, moreish, and quite literally more chocolate than cookie. It’s already a very popular daytime destination for mums with prams and it does get crowded at times, which is odd for this area. Still, it is very much worth the minor inconvenience.
