Overall, the food quality was good, but there are a few areas that need improvement. First, the portion sizes were quite small. Even for people like us, who don't usually eat much, the servings were not enough. One of our orders was the grilled Barramundi with salad. The piece of fish was very small, and unfortunately, it had a strong fishy smell, which was disappointing. The salad portion was also very small. Finally, although we made a reservation the day before and specifically requested a quiet table next to the wall, we were initially offered one of the busiest tables in the restaurant. We suggested a nearby table and were surprised that it was available. Later, we noticed two other tables next to a pillar that were empty, but when we asked to move there, we were told they were reserved. However, when we left the restaurant, both of those tables were still empty and had never been used. In my opinion, customers who make a reservation in advance and arrive early in the evening should be given priority over guests who arrive later. It was disappointing that our seating request was not respected despite booking ahead. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope it helps improve the experience for future customers.

We held a Bridal shower here and it was everything and more! From the time we walked in they were very kind, warm and helpful when we needed it. The venue itself was beautiful, definitely fit our floral theme the Bride wanted, we booked the The hanging gardens and it was amazingly stunning. They have a 2 hour reserve time but we were able to stay since it wasn't a busy night so that made it even better! The food needs its own paragraph hahaha it was amazing! Our guests purchased the silver set menu and everything we had was delicious! Genuinely surprised cause the girls sometimes pick apart everything so I loved that all 20 of them enjoyed it! I was stressing about this but they made running the event run so much smoother, if you're looking for a beautiful venue to host a gathering, this is it, great food, great atmosphere and even better people providing the service.

I had my 40th birthday celebration with my friends there. Atmosphere, service, food, drinks, photos, music, everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything more than that. We request a Bollywood song from a DJ and he played few. Staff was very supportive and also customers at that time were super fun. They join in on our celebration. I do not remember name of the shots we had at the end but it was with mango flavour and super smooth.. Best birthday celebration!! Thank you soo much Alex and Co. for making it a memorable fun experience for me. Best regards, Vilshu

We celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday at Alex & Co, Parramatta on Sunday 29th March, with a group of 16 teenagers and 4 adults: The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The initial communication was seamless and our questions were answered promptly, followed via email to organise the menu and accommodate our specific requests etc, and made the whole process effortless. On the night the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely accommodating. The food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced, and it was served in a timely manner despite the size of our group. The overall atmosphere was fantastic, and every one had a wonderful time, and our daughter felt really special 😊 Thank you to the entire team at Alex & Co for making our daughter’s 16th birthday such a memorable occasion, we truly appreciate it ☺️😊🙏

I had my birthday party yesterday at Alex&Co. It’s a lovely vibrant venue with beautiful decor. The food was delicious and also had ample quantity. I ordered the banquet menu and there was so much food left that guests took them in takeaway boxes. After 9pm their live DJ and dance floor starts on a Saturday, and we all had a wonderful time. Service was very attentive, parking is very easy and I had a memorable milestone birthday! Thanks team, highly recommended .
