Loved the atmosphere, music and the dry Spicy rub Portugese wings were to die for! Highly recommend! The tins selection really impressed...Explained the IPA flavours I usually like and was suggested to try the Mango Hazy IPA colab with 7th day was so good I had to share
Wings and Tins in Dee Why is an absolute vibe if you just want to crush some wings, listen to heavy metal or punk rock, and check out a massive wall of craft beer cans. It's tucked away from the main beach strip, swapping the usual bright coastal look for a moody, rock-and-roll dive bar setup with fairy lights that makes it super easy to just settle in. The menu is dead simple. You just pick your basket size, choose between chicken or cauliflower, and grab your sauce. The wings always have that perfect crunch on the outside while staying juicy inside, whether you go for the classic vinegary buffalo with blue cheese or sticky stuff like smoky BBQ and maple bacon. Just make sure you grab some loaded tater tots on the side, and dive into the beer fridges because they have heaps of local Sydney craft tins and classic Aussie lagers. If you're into crazy heat, this place is legendary for a reason. They definitely don't water down their spicy stuff for casual palates, scaling all the way from a mild jalapeño hum up to face-melting Carolina Reaper sauces that will absolutely wreck you if you aren't ready. It's easily one of the best spots on the Northern Beaches for great food, proper spice, and beers with mates, even if it gets pretty loud and packed out on weekends.
Wings and Tins never disappoints. The dry rubs are always so good and the buffalo sauce is a classic favourite. Sadly it looks like the Cajun option is gone, which is a real loss. The truffle and Parmesan fries are a must-order it’s so addictive. Only downside Dee Why is just too far to go regularly but Darlinghurst doesn’t open on Sunday!
Wings and lots of choices sour and other tins. Totally worth it . It's a small place . Not a lot of room to swing cats. Especially when they have live entertainment... And that is a lot of the time. On evening weekends. You can go for a tin and buffalo wings , have a drink with ya dog outside and carry on. Good one. Thumbs up from me 👍 Last Saturday it was three band and was cool. Happy fabulous hosts. Worth it.
A lot of heart has gone into this place! The owner was super friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. The wings were absolutely delicious and full of flavour, and the sides were just as good. Loved the quirky decorations and relaxed atmosphere. The music and overall vibe gave it that fun, laid-back feel. Highly recommend for a great feed and good times!
