I tried Brazillian flame by chance recently, and it was amazing! The service from staff was really kind, and I was given good advice. "Dip the sauce" instead of drizzling on-top. The meat was roasted perfectly both chicken and beef for the 300g pack that I had. Then an instant hit when I tried the sauce with the meat together, my mouth was in flavour town! The food was just unreal, that I had to go back a second time within a week, which is very rare for me with take out. It has to be that good! And again, it didn't let down. That good!!! Usually after a first encounter with food being super good the next time can feel underwhelming, however this did not disappoint!! Amazing! The meat was done perfectly again, the sauce, the chips, everything. And for the price, it is super filling, so it's every bit worth it 👌🏽 absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back again in the near future! Food like this can become addictive with just how good. Thank you!

Brazilian Flame BBQ delivers a truly authentic experience. The food is served in generous portions and the seasoning is spot on—it tastes like home! The meats are juicy and cooked to perfection with that traditional smoky flavor. A standout detail is that they serve the authentic grape juice from Bento Gonçalves in individual bottles. It’s a very special touch that you don't find everywhere! If you’re looking for a real taste of Brazil, this is the place. Great value for the quality you get. Don't leave without trying the “coxinha” and the grape juice!

Very disappointing customer service. My partner and I don’t drink Coca-Cola—we simply wanted water instead. We asked if we could swap the 1.5L Coke included in the Family pack for two bottles of water, but the staff refused. Because we didn’t want Coca-Cola and only wanted water, they refused to sell us the Family Package. What kind of customer service is this? I honestly don’t understand this type of business. I also wonder what the owner thinks about this policy. Would they really rather lose a $55 sale than let customers swap a soft drink for water? Policies should make sense and put customers first. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and we decided not to buy anything.

This the not a nice place. The food was below average and cold. There were minimal people and the wait for the food was sooooo long !! On top of this it was expensive which I dint kind if the food and service are good. Blah it was not. I would not reccomend this place at all and will never go back.
