What an amazing experience. Dan is an absolute legend. From his warm greeting, to pleasant conversations and great service, going through the AYCE process, and what they have to offer. The platter was massive, but we go through it, and some. Brisket is literally melt in your mouth and juicy as can be. We were struggling to pick some of it up and the rest was stuck in the sauce. Take our advice, put the sauce on the brisket. Not the brisket in the sauce. Pork, lamb and chicken were succulent and super smokey. Delicious. Fries were nice and crispy and well seasoned. Buffalo and BBW wings are delish. Smokey and fiery. Mac and Cheese was creamy, but lacked the "cheesy" taste I love, but I've come to realise this is how it's one US style. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and lots of space. We love the food, service and experience. Look forward to returning with the rest of the family.
Amazing brisket. So tender. Not dry at all. Great with the coleslaw on the side to break-up the richness of the meat. Loved it. Great for big groups with the outdoor communal dining area. Can be hard to get a good spot for a couple or a smaller group. Great to get a beer from the brewery to have with your brisket too.
Meal was average at best. Chicken wings and chips were hot which was nice, but the rest was only warm and dry. No Mac and cheese and no hotlink available, was a main drawcard for my son to come here and wasn’t available. Not sure the meal presents good value for money, we left underwhelmed and hungry after $80+ spent.
You won’t be disappointed it’s authentic and made with love ❤️ go and try it out keep up the good work 🙌🙌🙌
Brisket, wings, pork belly dry and I suspect overcooked. Hot link was better. Mac and cheese sauce was Alfredo? Nice sauce. Food slow to come out with no one there. Nice setup but checking the cook times would help improve this BBQ as there are better options in Sydney from today's dishes.
