This restaurant was recommended by a friend. This is my first time here. I will only come here again if I have no other choice. The cold dishes are delicious, especially the shredded tofu! The kimchi fried rice was average. Pork belly 18$ but, which is a small and feels like it has just been cut out of the freezer. The beef was pretty good but same was small. But the staff is very kind.
This is an awesome north eastern Chinese bbq restaurant with a wide selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, and cooked options. Came here as 2 person. We really liked the fried rice, salad, dry dipping mix and the premium ox tongue. The meat options were all really well marinated and prepared. Everything looked and tasted super fresh and portion sizes were great for the price. Each dish would vary between $10-20. Already looking forward to coming back here again with a bigger group so that we can try even more things.
Hadn't visited for a long time since old management, it used to great, but now the portions have changed, quality of meat has worsened, and don't even get me started on service and ordering system. Food never arrived and waiters have 0 interest in serving. Very disappointed, lowkey used to be good but now looks like it's boutta shut down due to no customers.
The food here is tasty, and the place is nice, but the only downside was that side dishes were not included with the BBQ and had to be ordered separately. The kimchi fried rice was delicious, though. One visit was enough for me since I prefer BBQ spots that offer side dishes with the meal.
The BBQ was good and definitely the cheapest you’ll find in Hurstville. They use real charcoal, which adds a nice smoky flavour, but it does take a while to cook. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor.
