We’re regulars here and it never disappoints. The food is consistently amazing, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the portion sizes are huge for the price. Overall, such a great spot. Highly recommend!
This was my first time trying Albasha Bakery, and I absolutely loved their manoush. It’s hard to find such delicious manoush in Sydney. The dough was soft, the filling was tasty, and everything was fresh. I hope they keep up this great quality! And not changing in the future. I want to add more to my review about the customer service, the girls and working there so friendly.
Food tasted so good clean and fresh, even my little one enjoyed it so much too highly recommend and will definitely come back
We recently visited Albasha Bakery in Fairfield Heights and had such a beautiful breakfast experience. The food, the presentation, and the overall vibe were absolutely on point. We ordered the Breakfast Board 1 (for 2) – $35, and it was more than enough for two people. The board was loaded with a fantastic variety: creamy labneh, warm za’atar manoush, extra za’atar, sweet gemar, honey, tahini, rich dibis, salty feta, fruity blueberry jam, 3 eggs, fresh vegetables including olives, plenty of fresh bread, and a pot of tea to complete the experience. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully balanced between sweet and savoury. We also tried the Za’atar, Cheese & Vegetables pizza, topped with tomato, olives, and capsicum. The base was soft and fresh, the za’atar was fragrant, and the toppings worked perfectly together. For something sweet, the Nutella Pizza was a highlight — generously topped with Nutella, strawberries, banana, and a dusting of icing sugar. Absolutely delicious and perfect for dessert. We finished with cappuccinos, which were smooth and well-made, pairing nicely with the meal. Overall, Albasha Bakery delivers excellent food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a fantastic spot for breakfast or brunch, especially if you love authentic Middle Eastern flavours. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
I’ve been here many times and it will never disappoint. Their servings are incredibly generous, the food is delicious and the service is the best. Honestly the staff went above and beyond for us today and they always do. Honestly my favourite place for brunch - absolutely delicious!!!
