I visited on a Friday night for dinner and paid $40.80 as a non-member. While there was a good variety of food available, I found the quality to be a bit disappointing overall. For me, the highlights were the hot chips, the chicken nuggets (which tasted similar to the KFC-style ones), and the chicken parmigiana, which was tasty and reminded me of a good pub meal. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the Chinese dishes, and the desserts didn’t really stand out either. Overall, I think there are a few good options, but I was expecting better quality for the price.

I was looking for a buffet place to go and saw this nearby. I got in early so didnt have to wait for long paying and for the food. There were plenty of foods. Divided by different sections. In each section had at least 5 different dishes. Tried most of the dishes, especially on the right ailse when you get inside the dining area. Mostly was quite average to my tastebud, though there were few dishes I liked the most, in the honey chicken area (all except the bun). The dessert is mostly too sweet as well, so I could only have the small pieces of the selections I tried. Good thing was, there was coffee section so it matched perfectly with the cakes. Paid adult $40.80 for Sunday Lunch rate (Different pricing for different time/day/concession/non-concession) To me, given most of the dishes werent to my liking, spending $40.80 is a bit too much. But hey, i saw lots of people going in and out very quickly (and yes, they ate till they’re full). So surely, the buffet had done something right :) P.S. go and taste it to yourself, maybe you like them all :) Note: • Surcharges when pay by card (see picture) • Prices pictures are a bit misaligned, the best I could take without the glares from the lights

I love buffets but the last time I came it just didn't hit the same. The service is always great. Also I'm not big on seafood so it limits my options.

There were some hits and misses at the Star Buffet, but in general, I liked dining here. We came for lunch and arrived before the opening time of 11.30 am. We found that a short line had already formed downstairs. We didn't wait for long until we were allowed upstairs, but we had to wait again to pay before entering the restaurant. It was very busy, but the line moved quickly. I found the payment and seating system to be efficient. There were numerous food bars spread out across the restaurant. The way it was all set out was really conducive to the large number of people eating there, and we didn't have to wait or queue for food. It was continuously topped up, too. I thought that the Western-Asian food was done really well. As was the fried food. I wasn't too keen on the roast and desserts, though. Salads were average. Service was excellent. All staff we interacted with worked so hard. They were very courteous, helpful, and cheerful. Our table was constantly being cleared, and despite the large number of guests, the restaurant was very clean. I also really liked that there was no dining limit, so we did not feel rushed at all.

Very nice food and lots of variety plus of you are a member you can get free meal in the month of your birthday. I bring my mum with me and we both press the level and quality of food and wish the business will last long so that we can come next time. This is my first time and we come for lunch on Monday. Have to cut video due to video length limit.
