I was surprised and couldn’t believe in the way you packed your online order. The cup’s straw opening was left completely unsealed, yet still got placed in the bag without any protection. This caused the coffee to spill over everything. The entire order ended up soaked. This is the worse packing I’ve ever seen in Sydney. Could you please be more professional and make sure the drinks are properly sealed with your future customers?

Good coffee. I feel like they need to work on Wagyu burger, they can make it a bit flavourful. My friend ordered pumpkin soup, it felt like the onion over powered. The staff was a bit confused when we asked if the food was halal, and then confirmed with the manager.

Been here a few times and it’s a lovely place to study with great decor and really good drinks. The staff are always kind and accommodating, but they often seem unsure, and we’ve been given the wrong order a few times despite correcting them several times during the ordering process. We’ve also ordered the chips twice, and both times they were overcooked. It honestly feels more like a lack of training from management rather than an issue with the staff.

Nice cafe environment and atmosphere. Food could be improved in terms of quality and presentation. They were out of some ingredients that were present on the menu and replaced with an alternative, but did not inform us while we were ordering, or even while serving the food. When asked, the waitress was unapologetic. Overall, ok brunch. But could be improved in food quality and service.

Had a lemon iced tea and tiramisu cup. The best tiramisu I had so far. Iced tea was pretty good too. Loved the service from the female barista, thank you guys!
