Had lunch at 96 degrees today, first time in Cronulla in a few years. Lovely cosy spot. Friendly service however I was disappointed with my omelette which came with a choice of 3 sides... I would suggest they change the wording to 'fillings' as I was expecting my hash brown, spinach and salmon on the side, especially the hashbrown which was added whole into the omelette. I had to take a photo once I had sliced the omelette apart....
Lovely little local cafe! Food was really good (chicken caesar salad & steak sandwich photos attached) and the large iced chocolate was awesome (photo attached)!!!! Definitely recommend for lunch and kids friendly too, so as grandparents we will be back with our grandson next time. Undercover seating, plenty of tables should you want a group of friends. All day breakfast too. And friendly staff.
The wait was *astonishingly* long, dishes arrived at different times. The smoothie and the salad (in fish and salad dish) were the only good things. The burgers were mediocre at best, the calamari were more like just deep fried breadcrumbs, the fish was average. For the price with all the surcharges - completely not worth it. Better off anywhere else
Very friendly staff, super quick service even though the barista was training a new staff member who had no idea as it was her first day. They continued to attend to my every need with a nice jug of cold filtered water first up at my table. Nice gesture especially on a hot day. Coffee is the best brew I've had in the shire.
Drinks were good and quick but the food took more than an hour. We were worried to even eat here since we didnt see people have their food yet. Confirmed, the food took an hour and even tho they said it was ready, it still somehow took more than 15 mins to bring out like bro.. my taste buds better be crying of joy after. More than an hour for 3 plates is unacceptable
