I visited this café and I was delighted. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was excellent; the staff was very kind and attentive at all times, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for enjoying a nice moment. I would definitely come back and I totally recommend it. ☕✨

First thing to note about this cafe..the staff! Super friendly and attentive. Lovely lady made sure we had a table where we were happy, provided menus and brought water. You order at the counter which I love, cafes are always smoother running when they do this in my experience. Coffee was delicious and the milkshakes really creamy. We tried the bacon and egg roll, the avocado dish and the beetroot egg dish. All three were really really tasty. They have a selection of muffins, croissants and GIANT cookies to enjoy if you're looking for something sweet.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had breakfast at Birdwood Cafe, and I have to say the food was excellent! The quality of the breakfast was really impressive - everything was delicious and well-prepared. You can tell they use good ingredients and take pride in their cooking. While the food was great, I noticed the service could use a little improvement. The table wasn't cleaned properly, which was a bit disappointing. It's a small detail, but important for the overall dining experience. The waiters should pay more attention to cleaning the tables thoroughly between customers. However, this minor service issue doesn't take away from the overall quality of the cafe. The food is definitely worth coming back for! With just a bit more attention to detail in service, this place would be perfect. If you're looking for a tasty breakfast spot, Birdwood Cafe is still a great choice. The food quality makes up for the small service hiccups. Tip for the staff: A little extra care in cleaning tables would make the experience even better for customers!

A great local gem in the center of Lane Cove within the Canape precinct. The coffee is best in Lane Cove - rich and smooth French roast served in beautiful cups that open up the coffee's potential. The food menu has been stable over the years and consistently delivers good quality. Even though it was Sunday, we got our orders quickly; great local service with a smile. Outstanding inside and outside sitting options, especially the one sitting on both sides of the opening windows. Overall it is always an enjoyable experience; for budget-conscious customers worth noting there is a 10% surcharge on Sunday, and there are two shots of espresso in a large coffee, with an extra image costing 70c.

Ate here on a rainy Sunday morning. Good fit out and prompt service. This menu is priced very cheaply however you get what you pay for. The smashed avo and ham & cheese croissant were bellow average and the coffee tasted like a wheat juice. I will try dinning here again as I may of had an off day because this place always seems busy so it must be good so if I have a more pleasant experience I will edit this review.
