We had a terrible experience, i strongly urge you not to come eat here. The waiters were rude, impatient and disrespectful. The food took long to come, it was expensive, the portions were relatively small and did not taste good. We came on a Sunday so there was a 10% surcharge, the staff was very unorganised and we had to order a few different times, so ended up paying much more than what the food was actually valued at. We ordered gnocchis and payed for them, after waiting over 40 minutes, we went up to the staff to ask when we were going to get them as we had already finished all the other food, and they proceeded to tell us the gnocchis were out of stock.. So if we had not asked, we wouldve payed 28 dollars for absolutely nothing. We then change our order to something cheaper, spaghetti bolognese and did not get our money back, despite the inconvenience. The pasta was sloppy, cold, and very salty, it was giving school camp meal (see the image attached). We asked for extra cutlery, it never came. We asked for ketchup for our chips, it never showed up. After finishing our meal, they did not come collect our dirty plates, despite asking for new plates as we were celebrating a birthday and were gonna have some cake. Safe to say i am appalled by the customer service and the food. To top it all off, we got attacked by a pigeon. I am NEVER coming back.

Avoid this tourist trap. Took our money, wasted an hour of our time and didn't even get fed. We arrived at about 9am where there were only 2 other tables sat down (both with coffees already on their table). We had ordered two coffees and two ham, cheese & tomato toasties within about 5 minutes of being sat down. About 15 minutes passed and still no food or coffees, until the waiter came out with a singular flat white which belonged to none of the three tables present. The wait staff came over and asked what we were waiting on and within a few minutes our coffees were delivered, and we were told our food would be about 5 minutes away... This is where it went completely downhill. We had waited 10 minutes after receiving our coffees to follow up on the toasties, and again the wait staff member was very helpful and said they'll be out very soon. Another 10 minutes passed and no food to be seen. I made my way inside to query again and that's when I met who I assume to be the manager. He told us to go sit back down and that the food will be a few minutes. We sat back down at the table a bit moved by how rude he was, still patiently waiting for the two toasties (40 mins after ordering). Another 5 minutes passed and we queried again, given that at this point we were the only table left in the place, we were concerned if the toasties had even begun to exist yet. 50 minutes after ordering we head back inside and before I could even get a word out the man behind the till instructed us to go sit down. I asked if we could please get a refund as we had somewhere to go to soon and that we'd been waiting for close to an hour at this point. He told me that the system they use is not capable of doing refunds (they were using light speed Point of sale, which I am familiar with and was on the verge of giving him a live demo on how to process a refund). We ended up arguing back and forth and he said if we wanted a refund we'd have to email asking for a refund and he hand wrote a Gmail email address on the back of a bit of till roll and handed it to us. We walked out and didn't return. No response from the owner or manager via email. Overall disappointing that a business like this exists on Australia's most well known beach.

Was walking past this gem and couldn’t help ourselves to try their amazing pizza and happy hour all day! The caramel espresso martini is unmatched. Will definitely come back! Izzy thanks so much. Her service was excellent.

We order food and waited more than an hour . But still added service charge up to 15%. The big breakfast option was very poor cheap bread options and not enough toasted. No butter . We have to ask for it. We were so worried about pigeons on top of our heads making poo to the food . Do not recommend.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. I paid over $60.00 for an extremely small amount of food, and to make matters worse, I was charged for an extra meal that I didn’t order or want. When I asked the manager about the charges, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. She didn’t even fully explain what the extra meal included when i asked at the beginning. Instead of addressing the issue (cancelling the extra food) or offering a refund, she brushed me off completely. Terrible customer service and an absolute rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. also my berry smoothie was revolting. It was not fresh and defrosted by package in a microwave served warm. what kind of a smoothie comes like this?
