We had dinner at Cafe Calibre and were blown away by how delicious everything was! The cafe has a really beautiful, open interior that sets a great atmosphere. ​The Food: ​Entree: The garlic prawns with bread were massive, packed with flavor, and perfect for dipping. ​Mains: The barramundi was so soft it practically melted in your mouth. It was served with perfectly cooked broccolini and a delicious mash topped with a zesty lemon sauce. We also had the pulled beef burger, which was amazing, paired with chips that had an incredible, highly addicting seasoning! ​Service & Logistics: ​Staff & Pricing: The staff were super lovely and attentive, and the prices felt very reasonable for the quality of food. ​Getting There: Parking can be a little tricky right outside, but it’s an easy option to take the Metro and walk a short distance over. ​We’ll definitely be back to try their morning coffee given all the great things we’ve heard. Highly, highly recommend giving Cafe Calibre a try!

Father's Day breakfast at Café Calibre in the Dome - highly recommended. Your own sunny glasshouse looking onto the garden, quiet and a bit special (my son loved it). The ricotta pancakes with biscoff and Pepe Saya butter were the standout, and the eggs benny with smoked salmon and the steak & eggs with chimichurri were both spot on. Coffee's excellent. Warm, unhurried staff who were great with kids. Five stars, book the Dome.

Calibre is honestly one of my favourite places to eat — and I love that you can go from coffee and breakfast right through to dinner and drinks. The Turkish eggs and ricotta pancakes are my go-to for breakfast, while the barramundi with broccolini and mash is an absolute standout for dinner. The capsicum, olive & feta bruschetta and chilli prawns are also a must-try! The food, atmosphere and service always make me want to come back. And the two private glass igloos are such a fun touch — you can play your own music, sing karaoke and make a whole night of it. Whether you’re after a morning coffee, a beautiful meal or drinks with friends, Calibre genuinely does it all. Come celebrate with Calibre 🎉🍾

Great selection of food and special coffee. I had a Spanish latte. Place had an outdoor seating area great for dogs. Parking was slightly challenging due to resident parking restrictions, however you can find parking across the street on Windsor Drive. Will come again.

Cafe Calibre is honestly one of the best spots I’ve visited recently. The coffee is exceptionally good — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced every single time. You can tell they really care about quality and consistency. The baristas know what they’re doing, and the presentation is always on point. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or even get some work done. The only small downside is that parking can be a bit difficult to find, especially during busy hours. However, once you grab a spot and sit down with your coffee, it’s absolutely worth it. The quality of the coffee alone makes the visit worthwhile. Highly recommended for true coffee lovers
