A lovely cafe for a brunch stop. Located on the high street in Gymea, there’s loads of on street parking in and around the cafe. We sat outside in the sun and enjoyed coffee, a smoothie and brunch. I had the corn and coriander pancakes which were light and fluffy and really delicious. My husband enjoyed eggs Benedict which was equally as nice. The staff were friendly and prompt with service, however food did take a while to arrive. It was a busy Saturday lunchtime so understandable. Would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed place to eat and catch up with friends in Gymea, or on your way back from Royal NP!

If you’re looking for a coffee shop in the heart of Gymea, this is the one! ☕️ This beautiful family-run business has become such a special part of my routine. The team are always smiling, welcoming, and happy to have a chat, making every visit feel like catching up with friends. I’ve been coming here every year for our annual Christmas breakfast with my best friend since we were in high school, and it’s a tradition I look forward to every single year. The food is absolutely incredible, the coffee is consistently delicious, and they always go above and beyond to make every customer feel valued. It’s more than just a café—it’s a place that brings people together. Thank you to the wonderful team for my yummy morning coffee and for making my regular morning ritual of laughs and chats such a special part of my day. You always brighten my mornings, and I can’t recommend you highly enough!

Really disappointed with this visit. We waited 44 minutes for our food, which is a long time, especially considering the quality when it finally arrived. The wrap had barely any chicken in it, so it felt more like eating a salad wrap than a chicken wrap. The burger also wasn’t cooked properly, which was the biggest issue. To top it off, no cutlery was provided with our meal. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price or the wait. Hopefully the restaurant can improve its food quality, portion consistency, and service.Really disappointed with this visit. From other reviews breakfast maybe the best this place has to offer

We love Cafe 12, have been going for many years and since the 4 ‘P’s took over management of this cafe, the customer service is the best. Coffee is great, but our absolute go to is Breky wrap with chips. There’s eggs, bacon and hollandaise sauce in the wrap, the flavours go so well together it’s like heaven! The eggs Benedict are great too, well pretty much everything takes great and this is one of only a few coffee shops in the Shire we go to very regularly. Always a treat! Thank you!

Dined in for lunch today and food was average and on the pricier side. Not many chips were served with the meals either. The carbonara was good but we unfortunately found a hair in it which was off-putting. My hot chocolate was perfect and my mum's coffee was fine too. We appreciate that they ran out of burger patties and made my son one from scratch. They were also accommodating with the kids babycinos and giving them marshmallows.
