I have never had a problem with coffee and co. Their chai latte is consistently great and their food is consistent and always nice. Any adjustments to the food are accommodated well on uber. Their prices are reasonable and I will continue to order from them. Also, their chips are great.

Decent food and coffee was under standard once I finally got it. Ordered food and coffee for my daughter and I under table number shared with friends. Food came out and I said we were just waiting for my coffee on the order. We continued to eat and my friend told me she heard the barista say "he didn't order a coffee, tell him if he wants one he needs to come pay for one." I did in fact order one because the girl at the register pointed to what size I preferred, and I paid for it. I didnt hear this interaction and finished my food then went up and asked. The barista immediately said, it wasn't on the docket and that I didn't order one and just listed when my friends ordered. I said the we ordered different things under the same number. She told another staff member rudely "look for the docket" ans found my order and just said "okay I'll make it now" without apologising. Wasn't even a decent coffee, everyone was already finished and ready to leave. Poor service and experience.

Coffee there is nice. The male barista that worked on 19/3/26, was so nice and friendly. Made conversation and seemed to know customers when they ordered, however all the girls who worked today on 20/3/26, were extremely rude, had 0 customer service skills and didn’t even crack a smile once, especially the barista. Wouldn’t go back after this experience.

The cashier ordered the wrong item and charged me extra for the wrong one - didn't apologise when I brought it back, and only refunded me 50c not the full $2 because apparently their menu pricing was incorrect. The Babychino I ordered for my son was 95% foam with a dribble of milk in the bottom - he couldn't even drink it. The smoothie I ordered was served with the smallest single straw - not even possible to drink from, so ended up trying to drink a very thick drink from the cup directly - normally this wouldn't have bothered me, except it was the 3rd issue with the 3rd item I'd ordered, and it didn't even taste nice. Very unimpressed with the level of service from Coffee and Co. Will not be returning.

Pancakes I was delivered via uber eats. Absolutely charred and was unable to eat. You would have had to have known it was burnt. So disappointed
