I have been coming here for very long time and have always been greeted with smiles and great service not to mention the amazing food. Happy Bastille Day.
This place is amazing- service are very customer focused, the staff are really nice, accomodating and well mannered. How I wish I can talk to the manager who si very busy in the kitchen helping her staff. I met this manager a while back as I usually have my coffee in this place. My recommendation: keep up the good work- people loves your place so much. God bless you all.
Thank you Aidan for your excellent recommendation of the Omelette Crepe. A fantastic combination of elements topped with hollandaise sauce, combined with the wonderful crispness of the crepe, truly appetising and very tasty. Wonderful to have so many different options available at DeFrance Miranda. 11/10!!
Strongly recommended to improve standards of service as well as food offerings! No point for online system if most of the food offered are out of stock! 3 out of 6 items ordered were out of stock!!! I have ordered large coffee and came in take away cup! The staff member came and explained this is what we ordered - take away and not dine-in. Why would you even have a take away option while people are dining in??? Is it a good service to come and ask prior to serving take away in dine-in settings! I would strongly suggest to review the ordering process if something is not in stock - remove it from the list. If I paid for a large coffee which ended up T/away per disclaimer note at the bottom of the page which no one read you actually took advantage of the customer by providing smaller size of coffee for the same price! It is unacceptable to offer take away cup when dining-in. I assume the cafe is running under new management. It was a wonderful place in the past but definitely changed so Thanks but Not again!
Fantastic food. I had a French roll that was not perfect (bread didn't seem that fresh as it was put into the fridge after cooking) as soon as I mentioned it to the staffthey changed it over for a hot one out of the oven, straight away. Fantastic management, food and service. Thank you team.
