Nice mixture of food on the menu especially if you like Indonesian food. The Bacon and egg roll was ok but the egg was overcooked. However if you like Nasi Goreng this place is a good option with good portions for value. The service is worth noting that they are very friendly and welcoming also.

Flame Cafe delivers the kind of lunch that quietly exceeds expectations and then lingers in your memory long after the last bite. I went for the fried rice with pork belly, while my colleague chose the vegetarian fried noodles. Two very different dishes, yet both hit the same high note. The best way to describe the overall experience? Full spectrum. Every bite carried layers: savoury depth, subtle sweetness, a touch of smokiness, and just enough heat to keep things interesting. The pork belly was the standout, beautifully crisp on the outside, yet still tender within, and clearly marinated with care. It wasn’t just an add-on; it was the backbone of the dish. What really elevated everything, though, was the finishing touch: fried shallots and fresh chilli. That combination brought texture, aroma, and a bright, punchy lift that tied all the flavours together seamlessly. The vegetarian fried noodles held their own—generous, well-balanced, and far from an afterthought. It’s always a good sign when both meat and vegetarian options are executed with equal attention. This is the kind of place where you come for a simple lunch and leave already planning your next order. Safe to say, we’ll be back to explore more of the menu.

Not much to say. Clear why they won the best service award because all staff are pleasant and inviting! All the food we got was so delicious, including the nasi goreng, karaoke, mie goreng and crispy chicken rendang. All the food was made with care, the curry puffs are even good too! Quiet, nice location with a chill vibe that I would definitely come back to any day.

My favourite local cafe which we visit regularly at least once or twice a week. We love the Indonesian food such as the Ayam Goreng, Pork Belly fried rice, Ayam Bakar etc. which are all absolutely delicious. The owners are very warm friendly and kind too. Highly recommended!
