A pleasant cafe with an interesting twist. The food was tasty and the coffee was good quality, though could have been hotter. The cafe has a novel dual concept combining a traditional cafe with terrarium classes. It’s an interesting idea, though I think they could work on the vibe and presentation a bit - things like milk sachets visible in the display fridge; terrariums around coffee machine; somewhat empty food display and drinks fridge. Perhaps it’s a lot of work juggling both offerings. The terrarium angle is genuinely different and I can see the potential here. With some refinement, this could become something quite special. Would definitely pop in again if I’m in the area. Good fundamentals overall.
The food portions are large and filling! I like the simple “DIY” of this salmon avo on sourdough. I added bacon to the order and it’s some very tasty bacon. I should have taken a photo of the chicken wrap it was massive. And the two meals only totalled $46. Very filling and very tasty This is a great cafe.
A fantastic little cafe with really good, honest home cooked food. Also the coffee is full of flavours.
Absolutely lovely cafe owner! He built all these incredible terrarium / aquariums with fish and axelotyl, and is highly knowledgeable if you care for a chat. Oh and there’s delicious coffee too! Highly recommend!
Really enjoyed this little cafe. Yummy baked porridge was unexpected and very delicious breakfast item. Stuff is very friendly and cafe has lots of plants, terrariums and cute lil garden with bonsais. Recommend!
