Had an amazing high tea experience here for my friend’s bday! The food was yummy and the presentation of the food was amazing. The chef explained the vegetarian high tea set to my friend which was very kind and attentive of them ! Would highly recommend the high tea! The atmosphere is nice too, very calming. Will come back again to try the other food options!
How hard is it to serve hot food hot. We really like this place but the food is always cold. Today we ordered Eggs Benedict and they arrived completely cold, they then simply re-heated the meal to warm. Take 1 hot plate, add fresh HOT food, Serve IMMEDIATELY , this formula is guaranteed !!! Staff are lovely but please do something about the food , it is the fourth time now !
Avoid coming here at all cost. We called and made a reservation via the official telephone and came all the way for high tea today. However, when we arrived, an extremely rude staff member came and asked of reservation confirmation. After seeing the reservation confirmation, she did not apologise for not having the high tea and made us seem like we are the ones to blame. This attitude is completely unacceptable.
Good food, beautiful ambiance - a fantastic little spot within The Star, it's great for a quick bite or some coffee.
Wonderful high tea experience with the most accommodating staff and beautiful interior! For $55pp we got a variety of sweet and savoury dishes as well as refillable tea. Will definitely be back in the future if they switch up the menu.
