Great little local spot for coffee and food. The menu is a great fusion of modern Australian and Asian flavours. The ugly potato dish was a flavour explosion, coffee was great and we were warm with the heater sat next to our table. Would highly recommend. Plenty of vegetarian and dairy free options available if thats your thing. There is also ample parking around the corner.
I enjoyed the Lil Lane bowl overall — the sweet-and-sour sauce was refreshing，though the sweetness was slightly on the heavier side for my taste. The kimchi Fritter was also tasty, but the mayonnaise was a bit too much, which made it feel a little greasy. However, what I found not worth the price was the $8 cheese melt. It was just a very small slice of bread, and I even had to order an extra side of $4 kids scrambled eggs separately.
The coffee and wrap were amazing!!! I got a double espresso and haloumi wrap. The coffee was perfectly prepared and the wrap has a slightly spicy sauce that compliments the simple ingredients and makes for a tasty meal. $18 for the coffee wrap combo. You can tell the owners take pride in everything they do, 10 out of 10 breakfast!
Definitely earns its rating. Called ahead to try and get a table, Brian organized one outside next to the heater on a fresh morning. Order was perfect and spot on. Coffee was great. The low carb meal had these amazing delicious fried Brussels sprouts. Have to go back and try the chilli oil scramble next time.
Our absolute favourite cafe. We’ve tried practically everything on the menu and they’re rarely anything less than 5/5 dishes. Korean inspired, nutritious, fresh, and delicious to boot. Coffee is always bang on, and the partner loves their strawberry milkshakes- the freshest you can find (they definitely taste like they use real strawberries). Outside dining can be a bit noisy, but it’s got a nice combo of sun and breeze. Definitely worth trying
