It was raining so we just decided to pop in randomly, and so glad we did. Ordered the Mushroom Volcano and it turned out to be so good. The staff were lovely too as they were really attentive, kept checking in, and we felt welcomed the whole time. We were in a bit of a rush so couldn’t order anything else, but we’ll definitely be back. The turmeric latte was great as well. Big props to the barista!

Lil Miss Collins has quickly become one of my favourite spots in Crows Nest. As someone who is gluten-free, finding a café that genuinely caters to dietary requirements without compromising on flavour is rare and this place absolutely delivers. The gluten-free bruschetta is hands down one of the best I’ve had, packed with flavour and always fresh. And don’t even get me started on the pink sauce pasta… OMG, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. It’s creamy, rich, comforting, and honestly worth coming back for again and again. The salads are equally amazing fresh, vibrant, and anything but boring. And then there are the spicy margaritas. Perfectly balanced with just the right kick, they are dangerously good and the ideal way to unwind after a long week. The staff are incredible, always smiling, proactive, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They create such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great food, fantastic cocktails, exceptional service, and plenty of gluten-free options. Lil Miss Collins is an absolute gem and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We visited Lil Miss Collins Crows Nest for dinner just a week after they opened, and wow I genuinely can't believe how good it was. One of the best dinners I've had in a long time! The cocktails were fantastic; I enjoyed mine so much that I ended up ordering the same one twice. This was our first date night since having our baby, and my wife absolutely loved the experience. My favourite dish was the Chicken Funghi, and the banana dessert (I've forgotten the exact name) was incredible and the perfect way to finish the meal. A special shout-out to utshab (I hope I'm pronouncing his name correctly), our server, who was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout the evening. He made us feel genuinely looked after. To everyone in Crows Nest, give Lil Miss Collins a try as they're doing a fantastic job. In fact, we're coming back this Sunday with four friends for High Tea, and we can't wait! Highly recommended.

Great food and wonderful presentation! We popped in for brunch and had a really lovely meal. The food arrived perfectly cooked and incredibly fast! Here is what we ordered: * **Scrambled Eggs on Sourdough:** The eggs were beautifully silky, perfectly scrambled, and served on delicious, crusty sourdough. * **Ube Pancakes:** My daughter thoroughly enjoyed these! They looked stunning on the plate and tasted even better. * **Zucchini and Corn Fritters:** My husband had these and really liked them (I completely forgot to snap a photo before he dug in!). The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. You can tell they are still finding their rhythm since they only opened a couple of days ago, but their great service and friendliness made for an awesome experience. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Honestly didn’t expect much when we ordered the Collins Crimson Spritz. Coffee, cranberry and tonic together sounded a bit random, and I’ve had enough signature mocktails that turn out to be sweet juice with a nice garnish. This one surprised me though. The coffee hits first then the cranberry comes through tart and the tonic gives it that dry, fizzy finish so it never goes sweet or heavy. That’s what got me since it’s actually refreshing, which most mocktails aren’t. Took a sip or two to settle into it and after that I was sold. My husband (the coffee snob of the two of us) kept reaching for mine so that says enough. We ended up chatting with the bartender for ages while we drank it. We walked him through how the older shops that used to be in this spot never really managed to make a go of it, so it’s nice to see this place actually finding its feet and doing something a bit different. The staff are genuinely lovely too as they’re friendly, attentive, happy to have a proper conversation rather than just take your order and disappear. Only personal thing: I’d have loved to sip it outside under the umbrella instead of inside which is more my vibe. The staff mentioned they’re working on the outdoor setup, so hopefully that’s sorted soon. If you’re umming and ahhing over it, just get it. We go somewhere new most weekends and this is the first drink in a while I’d actually come back for.
