Horrible experience, horrible hygienic and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced around the area! Went to buy a scrumble egg and it came back full of oil, the most disgusting thing I’ve seen. Also they have that loyal card to get a free coffee after buy it 10, and I have forgotten mine a few times due too many activities w young kids, so i found them w more than 10 coffees on it and the owner said she couldn’t accept it because they should be in just one card! Outrageous ILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE! There’s so many other amazing places around with amazing people and customer service.
Great coffee…… if you have three business days to wait for it. The barista moved with the quiet confidence of someone who has genuinely never heard of urgency. Someone give these people a double shot of their own product so they can join us in the land of the living
Only one ordering took 10 minutes for one coffee what a joke. Most cafes run like clock work serving quickly knowing people need there daily fix before work. This isn’t the case here the cafe next door much faster and better.

Kim and her local family run business are just the nicest and most accomodating. They’ve taken last min coffee orders for events. In between teaching up stairs at Balanced Life Dee Why - their coffee, a chit chat in the sun and Kim’s fun nail polish colours set me up for the day. Shout out for great coffee, authentic service - great coffee mostly though 😝
