First time at Salt and jam. just got a breakfast roll which was lovely. coffee was good. the service was fine. Sat down quickly and looked through the menu. Asian inspired menu with other Styles added. food looks good. the pricing is excellent but there's definitely one problem with the place. the owner has signs everywhere and I mean everywhere saying 1 hour laptop use only. do not use your phone in conference mode. loud talking. please consider other patrons. one sign would probably be enough on the front, but there's like 20 signs. it's too much. it takes away the feeling and atmosphere of the place like you're at school

I ordered the bibimbap and was really impressed. The portion size was generous and all the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were well balanced and delicious. You can tell they use quality produce. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made the whole dining experience even better. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone craving a satisfying and fresh Korean meal!

Absolutely lovely experience in all matters at this little gem in Crows Nest. My daughter and I had just arrived from North Qld after a 6h flight journey and were starving, just to find out the kitchen had just closed. Mr. Sam said “ wait, I will check with the chef”, and returned with a big smile saying we could order! The delicious chicken burger and buddha bowl were fresh, tasty and delicious. I love cafes that don’t stick to the obvious smash avo and bacon n egg roll BUT if that is your vibe they have that on the menu too. The korean inspired bowl was too die for, i felt nourished and ready to enjoy my mini holiday. Thank you so much Mr Sam. 💖

Amazing little cafe in Crows Nest! I've been coming back regularly for the Bacon and Egg wrap and coffee, and I'm always impressed by the generosity of the wrap and the quality of the brew. Crows Nest has no shortage of options, but Salt & Jam are right up there with the best of them. Sam always greets you with a genuine smile, and the service is consistently fantastic. Prices are reasonable too; I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough!
