I had a fantastic experience at Sea View Café and Restaurant in Dee Why. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful ocean views that create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was fresh, delicious, and well-presented. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. The menu has a great variety, making it easy to find something for everyone. The service was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient without being overwhelming. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a perfect spot for a casual meal, coffee, or even a special occasion by the beach. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love an all day breakfast and a great lunch menu. My friends and I arrived at 1pm, got a great table with water views and ordered: * Big breakfast - which beat my friend * Lamb wrap * Halloumi and avocado salad Food was delicious and fresh. (And I had food envy with the smashed avocado and poached egg being ordered and devoured by lots of people. Next time.) Milkshakes were excellent too - banana and strawberry. Plenty of inside and outside tables too and you can book.

Delicious food, fast and professional service. A magnificent outlook over Dee Why beach. What more could you want! Sea View Cafe & Restaurant is the best. Try the corn and quinoa fritters they are so yummy 😋 . The fresh juices are also so tasty! Highly recommend!

The staff were polite, but there didn’t seem to be enough of them for a busy Sunday morning, so the service was quite slow. My coffee arrived well before the food and was already a bit cold by the time I finished it. The food was okay overall, but the quality could definitely be improved. With more staff and better timing between drinks and food, the experience could be much better.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Sea View Cafe and Restaurant. We had to repeat our order four times before it was taken correctly, and even then it still came out wrong. The wait was slow and the service felt very disorganised. When our drinks finally arrived, they weren’t mixed properly and tasted unpleasant, almost as if they were made by someone very inexperienced. They were also poorly presented, which was disappointing given the price. The food was just as underwhelming. My friend’s burger had a very thin, dry steak, and my fish and chips came with salad that looked old and had black spots on it. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks did not match the cost at all. The only positive thing about this place is the location and view. Unfortunately, everything else fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it based on this experience.
