Shenkin Erskineville is a warm, welcoming café with a great local feel. The food is fresh, generous and full of flavour, and the coffee is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive, even when it gets busy, which adds to the relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. It is a great spot for brunch, a casual coffee, or catching up with friends. A lovely Erskineville favourite that is definitely worth visiting.

Undrinkable drink. I was thirsty and asked for a suggestion from the lady behind the bar. Ordered a lemon mint crush and got high on the CRAZY amount of sugar/ syrup. One sip and had to throw $10.45 to the bin. A Coca-Cola, I believe has half the sugar this "refreshing " drink had.

Another truly beautiful experience at the Shekin Café in Erskineville. I visited Shekin Café on Anzac Day for my birthday, and I once again meet with the beautiful Yarr. The service from two beautiful souls — Ben and Yarr. Their warmth and generosity absolutely made my day. I have gone to the Shekin Cafe at Erskineville a few times, also the one at Newtown with the same respect that always comes from the heart. I have yet to try Enmore. They kindly shouted me a Beverage for my brother James, and I, (Kathy) - it wasn’t just the gesture itself, but the sincerity behind it. You don’t often come across people who serve with such genuine care, humility, and kindness. Ben and Yarr made me feel seen, welcomed, and celebrated. Shekin Café is lucky to have them, and I’m grateful our paths crossed. I would highly be recommending to anyone who values not only great coffee, and great food - you will also receive truly good-hearted service that comes with a conversation on how you are today.

Adorable corner cafe in the Inner West suburb, very home vibe backyard area with plenty of seats decorated with lively plants. All the good on the menu looks healthy and promising, we just tried two of our trusty dishes, it turned out nice! The Coffee is okay too. Really enjoy a sunny Sunday brunch at this place, it is a very good spot! Very popular!
