Shuk make amazing baked goods and good coffee. The bagel with eggs was tasty and filling. This location is well located for soaking up the atmosphere of the rocks, it does however have a somewhat reduce menu compared to it's flagship location in Bondi. If you get the chance definitely visit their Bondi location. I ordered from the table using the QR code which was convenient, but does come with a 50c fee. My order came out quick and the staff were friendly, my one piece of feedback would be that removing the order tickets from the plate would be a nice touch.

Shuk has been our go-to, absolute favourite cafe in The Rocks for many years, and it never fails to impress. The outdoor seating right in the street offers an unmatched atmosphere—there is simply nowhere better to sit back, relax, and soak in the local vibe. On this visit, the food was nothing short of exceptional. We had two perfectly made, nice coffees alongside a granola bowl that was absolutely packed full of delicious goodies. We also tried the Bacon and Egg Roll, which was incredibly tasty yet remarkably light, served on a perfect Turkish roll. Combined with the always-great service, it’s a brilliant spot that we keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

We had a great late dinner at Shut the Rock. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Highly recommended!

Such a quaint spot in The Rocks! Enjoyed our cinnamon babka a little too much—it disappeared in a flash 😝! Coffees were very satisfying during our break from walking around the harbour. Would definitely come again…if only I lived here! And had more money! I’d buy 10 more babkas. Maybe even 11.

Amazing vegan shakshuka. Staff looks bored out of their mind. Kinda odd vibe but fantastic food. The staff closes at any random time when they say - it’s not busy. Today it was 2 Pm. Tomorrow it can be 1 Pm. So annoying
