A quiet and Calm cafe with a great atmosphere in Rosebery, the staff were friendly and was located in a quiet area across from a park. The coffee they used was really good, I ordered there special which was the creamy mushroom topped with scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes, rocket, and drizzle of chilli oil, I was a bit disappointed as I did come to try the zucchini fritter on labneh but it wasn’t available. But the dish I got was a 7/10 was still nice, Wasn’t a wow but was enjoyable. Recommend for that quiet easy brekkie

Almost no service. We entered and helped ourselves with menus and napkins. The food portion is insanely small. Weekly special is zucchini fritters but only 3 balls?! Charged $26. The taste is okay but I’ll never buy again. Not worth it.

Absolutely elite brunch. The shakshuka was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Rich, perfectly spiced tomato base with eggs cooked just right and a generous layer of melted cheese on top. The freshness of the greens cut through everything beautifully. Crispy bacon on the side was spot on and the warm flatbread paired perfectly with the sauce. Even the matcha was smooth and well balanced. Great atmosphere, relaxed outdoor setting, and everything felt thoughtfully done. This place knows what it’s doing. Will be back.

Sub Station is truly one of those places that makes your morning feel special from the very first moment 🤍 The breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with so much care and beautifully presented. Every bite felt comforting and joyful. And the vibe… just wow. It’s so aesthetic, cozy, and effortlessly beautiful, the kind of place where time slows down and you just want to sit, smile, and enjoy. What made it even more memorable was the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. Their warmth creates such a lovely atmosphere and makes you feel genuinely appreciated. It’s such a sweet, charming, and heart-warming place, and I already can’t wait to come back. Places like this are rare and truly special ✨

Mixed experience The positives first, the staff were excellent. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food itself was genuinely delicious. We ordered the chilli scrambled eggs, latkes, green eggs & bacon, and the station smash, and flavour-wise everything was spot on. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were extremely underwhelming for the price. The avocado was spread so thin it was barely noticeable, and the halloumi was closer to a sliver than a serving. For a total bill of around $100, we were left pretty bewildered about what we’d actually paid for in terms of quantity. Great service and tasty food, but the value for money just wasn’t there, which left us quite disappointed overall.
