Hands down THE BEST breakfast I’ve ever had!! Staff were so lovely and atmosphere was perfect, surrounded by beautiful trees the place feels like you’re on a vacation! Their traditional Turkish breakfast is a must try, all the flavours came so well together, the most unique breakfast plate I’ve ever tried. They also gave us a free complimentary muffin!!🧁 so lovely

Nice breakfast place. So chill under the tall trees. Service staff are very friendly and very attentive. They served us with a smile and make us very welcomed. Coffee was good and food was delicious with an option of a middle Eastern twist. Really enjoyable.

We had a wonderful Sunday breakfast at Teras in Balmain. It is truly a gem that elegantly reflects the warmth of Turkish cuisine alongside modern Australian breakfast culture. The Traditional Menemen was cooked to perfection; paired with those crispy artisanal bread slices, it felt like being transported straight to a morning in Istanbul. On the other hand, the Poached Eggs with Avocado was a visual masterpiece. The presentation, enriched with beetroot labneh and fresh greens, proves the quality and freshness of the ingredients at first sight. The atmosphere was delightful, and the service was both prompt and attentive. A special thanks to Ayşegül for her hospitality and professional service; her friendly attitude truly made our morning even more pleasant. Although we haven’t had the chance to meet the owner yet, the team deserves great credit for maintaining such high standards of quality and aesthetic presentation. I highly recommend it to anyone in Balmain looking for a satisfying and high-quality breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Teras offers the whole gamut of food, atmosphere and service. Run by a very nice restauranteur, this beautiful place has great breakfast and lunch in central balmain under tropical trees. The Turkish breakfast and coffee are a must.

It’s really nice to be outside with some nature. The food is great quality, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. I’ve been coming here for the last 10 months, and they’re always attentive and mindful of customers feedback too :) I’m particularly here for breakfast but they have lunch as well
