Absolutely loved my experience yesterday celebrating Mother’s Day with friends at The Arthouse Cafe ☕️✨ Even though it was insanely packed, the atmosphere still felt warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, and every detail felt so thoughtfully done. From the first bite to the last sip, everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. A big shout out to the chefs for delivering such amazing quality and taste even during such a busy rush 👏❤️ Definitely one of those places you leave already planning your next visit

I had such a wonderful experience at Art House Café in Narellan and felt it deserved more than just a few quick words. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, polite and genuinely welcoming. The staff made me feel valued—not simply like another customer waiting to place an order. Their kindness, attentiveness and friendly manner created the type of atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer and return again. What impressed me most was their willingness to improvise and create a shakshuka breakfast especially for me. Rather than simply saying it wasn’t available exactly as requested, they listened, understood what I was hoping for and went out of their way to prepare something special. That level of flexibility and personal care is becoming increasingly rare, and I truly appreciated it. The shakshuka was absolutely outstanding—beautifully prepared, rich in flavour, perfectly balanced and clearly made with genuine care. Every ingredient worked together wonderfully, and the result was honestly the best shakshuka breakfast I have tasted anywhere in Southwest Sydney. It was comforting, satisfying and full of flavour without being overpowering. You could taste the freshness and attention that went into creating it. Excellent food is always memorable, but when it is combined with sincere hospitality, politeness and a willingness to make someone’s experience special, it becomes something more. Art House Café achieved exactly that. My heartfelt thanks to the team for your kindness, creativity and exceptional service. You didn’t just prepare breakfast—you created a memorable experience for me. I highly recommend Art House Café in Narellan to anyone who appreciates delicious food, welcoming service and people who genuinely care about their customers. I will certainly be returning—and I already know what I’ll be hoping to order again!

​I am writing this to warn others about a serious safety issue at this establishment. Today for lunch, I ordered the cannelloni and discovered a large, sharp piece of plastic embedded in the food (see photo with sharp plastic on top of the fork). Fortunately, I noticed it before swallowing, which was a massive relief given that a current bowel condition makes me highly vulnerable to internal injuries. ​What made the experience worse was the management's handling of the situation. I was initially offered a $20 voucher for a future visit. When I logically requested a refund for the dangerous meal I was served, the staff member retracted the voucher. The lack of accountability and basic customer service protocol was stunning. I will absolutely not be returning.

We had a great experience at Art House Cafe. The food was delicious, and had a good few options for vegetarians. The staff were kind and flexible, and made our food how we wished it. The atmosphere was really welcoming and the aesthetics of the cafe made it a great breakfast. Highly recommend!

The premises wasnt very clean, the music was the same swearing song on repeat the whole time we were there. The food safety and handling skills of the staff have alot to be desired. Not sure if either of the waitresses know anything about safe food handling to be honest. The floor had food on them and we arrived not long after opening. Used to be a favourite of ours, unfortunately wont be going back.
