Hidden gem in Alexandria area! We had a wonderful experience with both food and service. Kid and dog friendly. Great vibes, the owners are interactive with customers which makes it feel very welcoming. I had a mushroom and cheese toastie which was divine! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. CARROT CAKE is the best!!! Also coffee was great. List goes on, highly recommended. Thank you Copper Mill!
Great atmosphere, cute lay out cafe. I was the only person sat in the cafe but seems like the owner/waitress was too busy talking with others so I had to get up to order. Got the famous carrot cake, it was delicious and mostly fluffy. It was MASSIVE which is great value, the cream cheese & walnuts are delicious on it. I did not enjoy that the bottom was pretty much rock hard with burnt raisins (I think that was it). You could’ve broken a window with how hard the base was. I ordered the earl grey latte, I expected it would be like “matcha latte” where its milk & earl grey (as coffee is not listed) so I was quite disappointed when it came out with shots of coffee in it, I left it untouched and left after. The cafe is lovely though and I’m eager to come back again.
We moved out of the area and this café is 🎵 irreplaceable 🎵 the staff are so warm and inviting. It’s super dog friendly (they always having treats for their 4 legged customers!) The coffee is top notch and food is made with fresh high quality ingredients. An inner west gem 💎
Went to try the viral carrot cake with my partner. The cake is well worth the hype. Scrumptious! Personally my favourite carrot cake I’ve ever tasted. Even better than the one I bake myself 😂 Service was lovely too, as were the coffees. Highly recommend.
Great meal all round. I enjoyed the corn and mozerella croquettes so so much. The food was great quality. The croquettes are a great combination of corny crunchy delight in your mouth, definitely the best corn fritters I've had in a while. Great birthday brunch for sure. Only downside is that parking is a pain! Ps. Cold brew is super super AMAZEBALLS!
