When you just like to sit and enjoy an coffee…Absolutely disgusting service. We waited 30mins for the table to be cleared, I had to wipe down my own table. The staff were trying to make excuses for the poor service, instead of apologising for the lack of service. They didn’t care at all. Attitude was exceptionally poor. Plenty of other places to go for a good coffee, will never cone here again.
In all fairness, we only had cappuccinos here and they were nice. The serving staff were professional but not as friendly as some cafes. The problem is more that customers must sit at long tables in the middle of a Westfield's corridor. No intimacy. OK for a quick bite, but not a place to meet up with friends and have a chat.
Smooth silky acidic coffee. A delicious flat white. Proper chai in a pot. Lightly spiced and uplifted by the honey. The chai in a pot yielded two full cups making it great value. I think their in house cups are bamboo. Great because it's compostable, but the cup for the chai seemed to be breaking down with quite rough edges. The cups are nice and light, I think they would be really good for kids having a hot chocolate. The sitting area is in the middle of the mall pathway offering loads of seats. One gluten free cookie however there's only one set of tongs so there's a cross contamination risk (the other cookies are not gf). Really efficient turn around with drinks, only took five minutes desire a big crowd. Would definitely get a coffee here again the next time I'm in the area.
I had an acai bowl here today, and it was okay. A tad on the melted side and slightly icy, but at least it was not watery. There was a generous amount of toppings and at a decent price of $14.90. The service was good and friendly.
The new guy with curly hair today monday 3/11 served me when i bought take away blueberry coconut muffin. He was very rude, he did not like when i chose which particular blackberry coconut muffin i wanted. This is the 2nd time he served me. Last time i bought same muffin to take away too, i asked him to have double paper bag because in the past oil penetrated that paper bag and go all over my car's seat. I don't know his name, but he claimed he is the owner of that 3 beans cafe Miranda. I know he was bluffing. Whoever owns this cafe, please train this curly man properly in your cafe. Especially, he works in the hospitality industry, customer orientated. This guy very rude, no manners at all. He is not suitable working with customers. Ask him also, why he is bluffing claiming that he is the owner of this cafe When he is only a trainee. If you want a witness, the younger guy with moustache working with him (mon 3/11) training him at the counter, you can ask him what happened.
