great taste and service! veg Benny tasted great. chicken is nicely fried not oily. pancake was superb. matcha was on the sweet side, we left it standard as we're not sure what to choose for half, 1, or 2 sugar. but the flower petals did gave it a nice taste. but I think some items are seasonal as I couldn't find some items posted by other reviewers.
Despite turning up on a busy Sunday lunchtime both the service and the food were excellent. Kitchen and the ladies out front all coping well. Possibly helped by ordering being via QR code at the table. You do need to read the menu closely as the Mushroom Schnitzel refers to mushroom sauce rather than real mushrooms (though they, like poached eggs, were available as an extra). Didn't matter, I did read it properly when I ordered and since it came with chips and salad it was filling and nice. Was persuaded to also have the pistachio french toast - it was to die for and my compliments to the Chef for that. My only disappointment was the coffee (and it's this that resulted in only a four star rating) as my latte was served boiling hot! I will be back as there's plenty of other good looking items on the menu that I would like to try. I just hope that the coffee is better next time (and reading reviews that applaud the coffee I'll presume that I caught the guy on an off moment).
The food was delicious, especially the French Toast Brûlée and the truffle pasta. The service was excellent, and the contactless table payment was very convenient. Definitely worth returning to. I highly recommend this place!
This is my second time dining with Wild Flower Society with my partner, and while we left last time happy with our experience the first time, today we walked away blown away with how much it had improved. The staff were friendly and welcoming, very lovely waitstaff. To the chefs in the kitchen, the food had been an amazing experience. Considering my partner had ordered the same meal, he was pleasantly impressed by how much difference it made with small changes from last time we had dined. The focaccia was light and airy and, the eggs were perfectly poached. Personally I had gotten one of the seasonal dishes and was blown away with how flavourful and tender the brisket was with the French onion dip. Thank you for this lovely experience, and we’ll definitely be back again.
I had the Poutine Fries. They are very yum and it's made in a good portion. The prices are reasonable. I also got the Banana Bread Matcha drink. It's very yummy. You can't taste the matcha much but it's good.
