El Jannah Chicken Penrith is a great place for families to enjoy chicken. Located in the heart of the Penrith Central Business District, this restaurant offers many seats for big families. I want to give a shoutout to the guy with the curly black hair, he was awesome and made my day. Interior looks a bit weird when you think of it of a dystopian style, and seats are not the comfiest I've experienced. The restaurant is extremely clean, and food tasted marvellous and delicious. I recommend people should definitely go to this restaurant if they are locals or highway stoppers, and I might come back another time.

I am writing this review to formally document an incredibly disappointing experience at El Jannah Penrith. El Jannah has built a strong reputation over the years, but the meal delivered today fell dangerously short of basic food safety and quality standards. I have zero intention of reaching out to customer service or filing a formal in-store complaint; instead, I am leaving this public feedback so management can address these severe operational failures. **The Major Issues with the Order:** * **Undercooked Charcoal Chicken Burger (Raw):** This is the most critical issue. Upon taking a bite of the charcoal chicken burger, it was immediately apparent that the chicken was undercooked and raw in the center. Serving undercooked poultry is a major health hazard and completely unacceptable for a restaurant specializing in chicken. * **Stale Chips:** The chips were completely stale, cold, and lacked any freshness. They tasted as though they had been sitting out under a heat lamp for hours rather than being freshly fried. * **Cold Chicken Pieces:** The standard chicken pieces served with the meal were completely cold to the touch and in the center. Food that is meant to be served hot should never arrive at lukewarm or cold temperatures. **Conclusion:** A restaurant operating at this volume needs to maintain strict quality control and food safety protocols. To receive raw chicken, cold food, and stale sides all in a single order demonstrates a severe lack of attention in the kitchen. I will not be returning to this location. Management urgently needs to review their cooking times, holding temperatures, and food rotation standards.

Had the chicken box at El Jannah Penrith and it was absolutely spot on. The chicken was juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. Paired with their legendary garlic sauce, it was next level – creamy, punchy, and addictive. Portion size was generous and everything tasted fresh. If you love great chicken, this place never disappoints. Will definitely be back!

It is ridiculous to charge for the sauce in the burger or the wrap... No restaurant doing that unless you have extra sauce take away. I feel disappointed for example in Nando's they have bottles of sauces you can have as much as you want freeeeee even they sale the sauces in supermarkets they are making feel not taking advantage of.

Had a fantastic experience at El Jannah! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special shoutout to Tony, who was absolutely amazing—very kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure i had a great experience. Excellent customer service and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
