I placed a pickup order over the phone for the “today’s special” wings (original and spicy) and a wrap, and was told it would be ready in 15–20 minutes. After about 30 minutes, when I first tried to pay upon arrival, I noticed the wrap I ordered wasn’t even included in the bill. Also my order hadn't even started. When I finally received my food, the original and spicy wings looked exactly the same, there was no noticeable difference in flavour. So after talking to the worker, they swapped out 1 set of Today's Special for a different smaller crispier set. I then ordered 10 Hot & Spicy wings, but instead received 16 wings that were identical to the “today’s special” ones that were NOT spicy. When I raised this, I was told it could be due to old kitchen equipment causing the colour to look the same, and that they like to give more than what was ordered. While extra food can be nice, it doesn’t make sense when it’s not what was actually ordered, especially when the flavours are indistinguishable. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the delay, incorrect order, missing items from the bill, and lack of consistency between menu items.

Nice, fresh chicken and great hot chips. They even threw in a few extra tenders, which was a nice touch. The oil tastes clean and fresh, and everything was cooked really well. Really enjoyed it. Friendly staff

This is second time I order from here, the Worse chicken I ever had in my life, it was all full of salt no any crispy, no taste at all. Plz stop selling low quality of items. I love chips but I don’t like chips anymore since I eat from here. I am really disappointed. Plz refund my money if possible.

I’ve ordered from here on Uber Eats a few times before, but this time was the worst. It was supposed to be a “buy 1 get 1 free” deal that normally comes with two boxes, but I only received one. Inside were 11 tiny pieces and just one normal‑sized piece. No forks included either, even though I added a note. The quality has dropped a lot and it’s really disappointing. I won’t be buying again.

I recently ordered from Extra Crispy Chicken and honestly the wings were way better than I expected. The chicken was super juicy on the inside while still being really crispy on the outside. Every wing had a nice crunch and the spicy flavour actually had a good kick without being overpowering. You can tell they don’t skimp on seasoning either - the flavour was consistent across the whole order. The best part though is the deal. Getting 20 wings for $20 is actually insane value, especially on Uber where prices are usually way higher. For the quality and portion size, it’s easily one of the best wing deals around right now. Definitely worth trying if you like crispy, spicy wings without spending a fortune.
